Lt. Col. Philip J. Corso, Former Pentagon Official - Author of the book The Day After Roswell

I saw bodies of Dead Aliens

Philip James Corso was an officer in the US Army. He served from February 23, 1942 to March 1, 1963, earning the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Philip James Corso (Pennsylvania, May 22, 1915 - Jupiter, July 16, 1998) was a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army. Shortly before his death, he published the book The Day After Roswell, where he left testimony about his involvement in research on extraterrestrial technology recovered from the 1947 Roswell Incident.

Philip J. Corso (1915-1998), was a citizen who served the United States Army between 1942 and 1963, exercising a military career and reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Corso received additional instruction at the Fort Riley Military Intelligence School, and held important positions of authority, both in the United States and abroad, earning 19 decorations and working directly with President Eisenhower.

Philip J. Corso pursued a military career with assignments in military intelligence and as a special assigned to the Pentagon under General Arthur Trudeau.

Around the world, but especially in the United States, a person who has served his country without any blemish on the record and being an example to all his fellow citizens, his views have much more credibility than anyone else's.

In addition, it was precisely this conjugation of data that caused such a stir in the 90s when Philip decided to publicly tell what he experienced in the first person in the most controversial case in the history of ufology: Roswell.

In 1947, Corso worked on the Roswell case at the Kansas base, where the military treasured the remains of what was said to be a flying saucer. In fact, there were up to 5 trucks coming from Roswell with miscellaneous material, which Philip was assigned to research technology for.

According to Corso, in 1947, a secret government group (probably the Majestic 12) was created under the orders of the first director of the CIA, Roscoe H. Hillenkoetter. The mission of that group was to collect information about aliens.

In parallel, the US government denied the extraterrestrial origin of UFOs. Corso believed that the Strategic Defense Initiative (or Star Wars), was created to control the electronic part of the weapons of a potential enemy, be it terrestrial or extraterrestrial. He argued that the technology found at the crash site allowed the development of fiber optics, lasers, integrated circuits, and Kevlar.

The military man claimed to have seen the body of a dead alien recovered from the remains of the famous incident that took place in 1947.

He argued that the New Mexico wreckage was definitely not from a balloon, but from an otherworldly spaceship. He also claimed to have seen an alien body and the Pentagon's secret files regarding the incident. According to Corso, the headquarters of the Department of Defense sent the bodies of the aliens to Walter Reed Hospital in Washington D.C. to perform autopsies.

As for the recovered extraterrestrial technology, the best American scientists would have been puzzled to contemplate it. Different parts of the Roswell ship were shipped to various defense companies, who reverse engineered their properties. This feat of engineering eventually led to a series of breakthroughs.

These included integrated circuits, night vision equipment, lasers, particle beams, and fiber optics. All this would have been covered up by informing the contractors that the pieces were stolen from Russia.

He also claimed that the government cover-up was not only to hide the truth of the extraterrestrial intelligence from the public, but also to allow time for the reverse engineering process to be protected from foreign countries, especially Russian ones.

In fact, it was concluded that the ship itself was rather a space-time device in which its occupants traveled from remote points of the universe, since it lacked known engines or propulsion systems.

From his studies, great results were obtained that allowed to promote existing technology with inventions such as fiber optics, integrated circuits, night vision equipment, super resistant fibers such as Kevlar, etc. and many were deposited with different civil companies such as IBM, Hughes Aircraft, Bell Labs and Dow Corning.

Corso was one of the first to be part of the Disclosure Project and collaborate in what he said was the truth that had been kept hidden by the US government. What did Philip earn by telling all this at 82 years old? Who thinks that he was only looking for fame or to get rich with a book of such repercussion?

Maybe, and just maybe, some people are honest and want to tell us a story that has been covered up for many years and someone had to say it loud and clear. Thanks to witnesses like Philip's, the Disclosure Project got off to a strong start and to this day it is considered a testimony to the Roswell case.

In his book, Corso stated:

No one wanted to come second in the Pentagon's silent and unacknowledged race of alien technology development, as each service quietly pursues its version of a Roswel secret weapon.

The book, written by Lt. Col. Philip J. Corso, was produced when he was stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas, in July 1947. He had been curious about a stash of sealed boxes that were stored in a high-security area. base. Unable to contain his desire to investigate the secrets inside, he took a flashlight and opened one of the boxes.

He was surprised by what he was looking at:

“The contents, enclosed in a thick glass container, were submerged in a thick liquid of light blue color. At first I thought it was a dead child who was going to be sent somewhere, but this was not a child.

It was a 4 foot humanoid figure; with strange-looking arms, four-fingered hands, I didn't see a thumb, slender legs and feet, and a large, lightbulb-shaped head. "

I had the urge to touch the pale gray skin. But I couldn't tell if it was fur because it also looked like a very thin one-piece fabric from head to toe, covering the creature's flesh.

Corso's description of the body is very similar to what other Roswell witnesses have described of the crew of the crashed ship. And while some researchers reject Corso's claims, there can be no question about his credentials.

After joining the Army in 1942, he served in Army Intelligence in Europe. During the Korean War, he continued his intelligence duties under General Douglas MacArthur. Additionally, he completed an impressive four-year resume on President Dwight Eisenhower's national security staff.

The main criticism of his book is that there is a lack of document references, which, in reality, does not necessarily make his claims false. With Corso's reputation and authorizations from him, it seems highly probable that he would have been in a position to see what he claims he saw.

In early 1998, the NGO Citizens Against UFO Secrecy (CAUS) contacted Corso to obtain an affidavit about what was said in the book from him. This was used in a lawsuit that was filed on March 25, 1998 in the US District Court in Phoenix, where the federal court was asked to order the Army to provide CAUS with all documents pertinent to what the colonel claimed to see and read.

What was presented said the following:

I, Colonel Philip J. Corso, (Ret.) hereby swear under penalty of perjury that the following statements are true:

  • -That at all times mentioned below, I was a member and official of the defendant. --- That during my tenure with the defendant I was a member of President Eisenhower's National Security Council and former director of the Department of Foreign Technology of the Research and Development department.
  • -That on or about July 6, 1947, while at Fort Riley, Kansas, I personally observed a 4-foot non-human creature with strange-looking 4-fingered hands, slender legs and feet, and a head of big size. The eye sockets were large, almond shaped and pointed towards his small nose. The creature's skull was too large, to the point where all of its facial features were arranged frontally, occupying only a small circle at the bottom of the head.
  • -That there were no eyebrows or signs of facial hair. The creature had only a small flat slit for a mouth and was completely closed, looking more like a crease or slit between the nose and the lower part of the skull without a chin, than a fully functioning hole.
  • -That in 1961 I took possession of what I call the "Roswell Archive." This file contained field reports, medical autopsy reports, and technological debris from the 1947 alien vehicle crash in Roswell, New Mexico.
  • -That I have personally read the medical autopsy reports that refer to the autopsy of the creature described above that I saw in 1947 at Fort Riley, Kansas.
  • -That said autopsy reports indicated that it was carried out at the Walter Reed Hospital, which was under the authority of the defendant at the time of the autopsy.
  • -That said autopsy report referred to the creature as an "Extraterrestrial Biological Entity."

Although the report Corso read referred to the creature recovered from Roswell as an Extraterrestrial Biological Entity (EBE), the colonel had reservations from him as to the true nature of these beings.

In his opinion, these "grays" are actually created, built, or cultivated to perform specific tasks by true aliens. Corso also said that, as far as he personally knew, no one has ever seen the real aliens, only their black-eyed, big-headed working minions who are so well known in the field of ufology.

'Perhaps we should consider the EBEs described in the medical autopsy reports as humanoid robots rather than life forms. Robots specifically designed for long-distance travel through space or time, ”he said. in an opinion very advanced for his time but which has been considered in present times.

Corso elaborated on this, outlining the deeply strange nature of the so-called grays:

“Although the doctors could not understand how the essential body chemistry of the entities worked, they determined that they did not contain new basic elements. However, reports suggest new combinations of organic compounds that required much more evaluation before clinicians could form an opinion. "

Of specific interest was the fluid that served as blood but also seemed to regulate bodily functions in the same way that glandular secretions do in the human body.

In these biological entities, the blood and lymphatic systems appear to have combined. And if there were an exchange of nutrients and wastes within their systems, that exchange could only have taken place through the creature's skin or the outer protective covering they were wearing, because there were no digestive systems or excretory system.

Corso died of a heart attack at approximately 11:15 p.m. EDT on Thursday, July 16, 1998, at age 83. This is barely a year after he published his book, what. for some, it adds a point of credibility to his story, as it could well be taken as the written confession of someone who was known to be already with one foot in the grave and had nothing to lose.

Corso assured that everything he wrote in his book was based on his own experience (he would have been present when the bodies of the aliens were removed from the wrecked ship) and also because, when he worked at the Pentagon, he had access to the secret files of the so-called "Roswell Incident."

Reverse Engineering

In these documents, it is found that a few days after the UFO fell, General Nathan Twinning, chief of the Air Force General Staff, met with a group of soldiers at the Alamogordo Base.

At that time, Twinning would have asked its managers that all the material found in Roswell be put in the hands of defense engineers and contractors to find out if technological applications could be obtained from it, a process which is called reverse engineering.

According to Corso's account, the private companies that signed contracts with the government to carry out this particular mission were Bell, IBM, AT&T, RCA and Sarnoff, among others.

To avoid attracting attention, General Twinning asked these companies not to have anything in their files that could indicate how the technology was obtained and, once they finished studying the material from the alien spacecraft, they were to return it to the Pentagon. In return, those companies would keep the patents and, consequently.

In the same year that Phillip Corso's book was published, Jack A. Shulman, president of the American Computer Company, argued that the discovery of the transistor, developed by doctors from Bell Laboratories in December 1947, was based on the study carried out. to the wreckage of a strange ship crashed in Roswell about 5 months earlier.

Shulman reportedly obtained such information from a former head of the AT&T company's legal department, who was a personal friend of Jack Morton, vice president of Bell Laboratories at the time of the discovery. Interestingly, Jack Morton was burned to death inside his own vehicle after men knocked him unconscious and doused him with gasoline.

Shulman said that the documents he had access to contained instructions on how to build an antigravity motor. Later, Shulman's company was embroiled in controversy. On October 31, 1997, a spokesperson for the American Computer Company stated that in late July or early August;

“we received at our offices a series of strange military documents sent anonymously. These files contained transcendental information on the military communications satellite system”.

The spokesperson said that the emergence of such reports was a maneuver to "provide false evidence that would serve to accuse the company of espionage."
